Charitable objects
(1) THE OBJECTS OF THE CHARITY ARE: A) FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT OF THE RELIEF OF POVERTY BY THE PROVISION OF HOUSING ACCOMMODATION FOR SINGLE WOMEN IN NEED WHO ARE RESIDENT IN OR HAVE CONNECTIONS WITH THE AREA OF BENEFIT; AND B) SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE RESIDENTS AS THE TRUSTEES DECIDE; AND C) RELIEF IN NEED OF BENEFICIARIES BY: I. MAKING GRANTS OF MONEY TO THEM; OR II. PROVIDING OR PAYING FOR GOODS, SERVICES OR FACILITIES FOR THEM; OR III. MAKING GRANTS OF MONEY TO OTHER PERSONS OR BODIES WHO PROVIDE GOODS; SERVICES OR FACILITIES TO THOSE IN NEED.
