TO SECURE THE CONSERVATION OF THE TOWN OF STEYNING AND ITS ANCIENT MONUMENTS, BUILDINGS OF SPECIAL ARCHITECTURAL AND HISTORIC INTEREST AND THE PROTECTION , DEVELOPMENT AND IMPROVEMENT OF FEATRUES OF HISTORIC OR PUBLIC INTEREST IN THE NEIGHBOURHOOD OF STYNIN.
