TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF CHILDREN AND ADULTS IN THE COUNTY OF NOTTINGHAMSHIRE NOTTINGHAM, DERBY, DERBYSHIRE, LINCOLN, LINCOLNSHIRE, NORTH LINCOLNSHIRE, NORTH EAST LINCOLNSHIRE, NORTHAMPTONSHIRE, NORTHAMPTON, BEDFORD, CENTRAL BEDFORDSHIRE, MILTON KEYNES (THE "AREA OF BENEFIT") AND IN PARTICULAR IN THE AREAS OF THE DANGERS OF DRUGS, ADDICTIVE MATERIALS AND SUBSTANCES PRIMARILY BY OFFERING DRUG PREVENTIVE PROGRAMMES AND TO PROMOTE AND PROTECT THE PHYSICAL AND MENTAL HEALTH OF CHILDREN.
