1) TO MAINTAIN, REPAIR, RESTORE, PRESERVE, IMPROVE, BEAUTIFY AND RECONSTRUCT FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC THE FABRIC OF THE CHURCH OF ST DUNSTAN, CHEAM, ITS MONUMENTS, FIXTURES, FITTINGS, FURNITURE, STAINED GLASS, ORNAMENTS AND OTHER CHATTELS AND ITS CHURCHYARD. 2) TO CONSTRUCT, RE-CONSTRUCT, MAINTAIN, REPAIR, RESTORE, PRESERVE, AND BEAUTIFY ANY BUILDING OR CONSTRUCTION WITHIN THE CHURCHYARD OF THE SAID CHURCH OR ELSEWHERE WITHIN THE PARISH OF CHEAM AND TO PROVIDE ANY ASSOCIATED FIXTURES, FITTINGS OR FURNISHINGS. 3) TO SUCH OTHER CHARITABLE PURPOSES CONNECTED WITH THE SAID CHURCH AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL DETERMINE.
