IT WILL BE USED FOR MEETINGS, LECTURES AND CLASSES AND FOR OTHER FORMS OF RECREATION AND LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATION WITH THE OBJECT OF ENHANCING THE CONDITION OF LIFE FOR THE SAID INHABITANTS
