The Charity's objects ("the objects") are to promote any charitable purpose for the benefit of the community within Birkenhead, areas within the Wirral peninsular and areas surrounding ("the area of benefit") by (but without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing) the advancement of education, the promotion of good health and providing a focus for development and regeneration.
