TO RELIEVE THE SICKNESS AND DISTRESS AND FURTHER THE HEALTH OF PEOPLE AFFECTED BY NATURAL AND OTHER DISASTERS IN ANY PART OF THE WORLD BY THE PROVISION OF RECONSTRUCTIVE SURGERY SERVICES.
