1 TO FOSTER PROMOTE AND ORGANISE THE EDUCATION (INCLUDING EDUCATION IN THE ORTHODOX JEWISH TRADITION AND RELIGION) AND ALSO THE VOCATIONAL TRAINING OF JEWISH YOUTH, JEWISH LEADERS AND REPRESENTATIVES, IN THE UNITED KINGDOM AND IN ISRAEL AND IN PARTICULAR (BUT WITHOUT PREJUDICE TO THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING) WITH A VIEW TO JEWISH YOUTH BEING RENDERED FIT FOR LIFE IN ISRAEL AND ELSEWHERE AND TO DEVELOP EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMMES WITHIN AND FOR THE MODERN ORTHODOX TRADITION OF THE JEWISH RELIGION AND TO RUN EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMMES IN ISRAEL AND THE UNITED KINGDOM FOR STUDENTS AND LEADERS IN THAT TRADITION TO PROMOTE THESE OBJECTS AND 2 TO ESTABLISH AND MAINTAIN OR CONTRIBUTE TO THE ESTABLISHMENT OR MAINTENANCE OF ANY INSTITUTION OR INSTITUTIONS FOR THE RELIGIOUS OR VOCATIONAL EDUCATION OR TRAINING OF JEWISH YOUTH WHETHER IN THE UNITED KINGDOM OR ELSEWHERE 3 TO EDIT PRINT AND PUBLISH AND TO ASSIST OR COLLABORATE WITH OTHERS IN EDITING PRINTING AND PUBLISHING ANY BOOKS PERIODICALS OR OTHER PUBLICATIONS IN THE ENGLISH, HEBREW OR ANY OTHER LANGUAGE WHICH THE TRUSTEES MAY CONSIDER CALCULATED TO PROMOTE AND ADVANCE IN THE UNITED KINGDOM OR ELSEWHERE THE JEWISH RELIGION OR ANY BRANCH OF EDUCATION OR VOCATIONAL TRAINING OF JEWISH YOUTH; AND 4 GENERALLY BY SUCH MEANS (WHETHER OR NOT SIMILAR TO ANY OF THOSE IN THIS CLAUSE BEFORE MENTIONED) AS MAY FROM TIME TO TIME BE CONSIDERED EXPEDIENT AND WHETHER IN THE UNITED KINGDOM OR ELSEWHERE TO FOSTER AND PROMOTE THE ADVANCEMENT OF THE JEWISH RELIGION THE EDUCATION OF JEWISH YOUTH AND THE TRAINING OF SUCH YOUTH. TO ADVANCE EDUCATION AND TO PROVIDE INSTRUCTION IN RELIGIOUS SUBJECTS TO PERSONS OF THE ORTHODOX COMMUNITY OF THE JEWISH RELIGION AND TO ANY OTHER MEMBERS OF THE JEWISH RELIGION THE RELIEF OF THE POOR PERSONS OF THE JEWISH RELIGION TO ADVANCE THE CHARITABLE PURPOSES OF OTHER JEWISH BODIES BY THE MAKING OF GRANTS OR LOANS TO THEM INCLUDING CONTRIBUTING WITH OTHER JEWISH BODIES TO FURTHER THE RELIGIOUS EDUCATIONAL OR OTHER CHARITABLE WORK OF JEWISH BODIES AND ORGANISATIONS IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE TRADITIONS AND OBSERVANCES OF THE ORTHODOX COMMUNITY OF THE JEWISH RELIGION AND TO ANY OTHER MEMBERS OF THE JEWISH RELIGION; TO PROMOTE THE EDUCATION OF ANY PERSON IN THE PRINCIPLES OF THE JEWISH RELIGION IN ANY MANNER WHICH IS NOW OR HEREAFTER MAYBE DEEMED BY LAW TO BE CHARITABLE; TO EDUCATE RELIEVE AND ADVANCE IN LIFE CHILDREN AND YOUNG PERSONS OF THE JEWISH RELIGION UNDER THE AGE OF 25 YEARS TO ENABLE SUCH CHILDREN AND YOUNG PERSONS TO DEVELOP THEIR PHYSICAL, MENTAL AND SPIRITUAL CAPACITIES THAT THEY MAY GROW TO FULL MATURITY AS MEMBERS OF SOCIETY AND THAT THEIR CONDITION OF LIFE MAY BE IMPROVED.
