3.1 THE OBJECTS OF THE CHARITY (?THE OBJECTS?) ARE FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT TO ADVANCE SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES (IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LAW OF ENGLAND AND WALES) AS THE DIRECTORS SEE FIT FROM TIME TO TIME IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT LIMITED TO: 3.1.1 TO PROMOTE AND PROTECT THE PHYSICAL AND MENTAL HEALTH OF INDIVIDUALS WHO ARE SUFFERING AS A RESULT OF ANY TYPE OF ABUSE PERPETRATED IN ENGLAND AND WALES IN A CHRISTIAN CHURCH-RELATED CONTEXT THROUGH THE PROVISION OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE AND OF SUPPORT FOR THEIR EMOTIONAL AND PHYSICAL HEALTH AND WELLBEING; 3.1.2 TO ADVANCE EDUCATION BY PROMOTING AND CARRYING OUT RESEARCH INTO CHRISTIAN CHURCH-RELATED ABUSE IN ENGLAND AND WALES, ITS EFFECT ON AND CONSEQUENCES FOR VICTIMS AND SURVIVORS, AND TO PUBLISH THE USEFUL RESULTS OF SUCH RESEARCH; AND 3.1.3 THE ADVANCEMENT OF CHRISTIAN RELIGION IN ENGLAND AND WALES.
