THE PREVENTION OR RELIEF OF POVERTY IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE PROVISION OF FINANCIAL OR PRACTICAL SUPPORT TO THOSE WHO ARE ECONOMICALLY DISADVANTAGED.
