THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO ARE (A) TO PROMOTE THE REHABILITATION OF EX-OFFENDERS WITH MENTAL HEALTH NEEDS FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT, BY PROVIDING TRAINING IN USEFUL SKILLS, EMPLOYMENT, MENTORING, GUIDANCE AND REHABILITATION, SO AS TO PREPARE OFFENDERS FOR SUSTAINABLE EMPLOYMENT AND TO HELP THEM TO RE-INTEGRATE INTO THE COMMUNITY. (B) TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN THE SUBJECT OF THE CARE AND REHABILITATION OF EX-OFFENDERS WITH MENTAL HEALTH NEEDS.
