Charitable objects
1) ASSISTING THE GOVERNORS OF ANY VOLUNTARY SCHOOL IN THE AREA OF THE ANCIENT PARISH OF KIRKHAM TO MEET THE COST OF THEIR OBLIGATIONS UNDER THE EDUCATION ACTS 1944-1976. 2) PROVIDING SPECIAL BENEFITS AT ANY SCHOOL IN THE SAID ANCIENT PARISH NOT NORMALLY PROVIDED BY THE LOCAL EDUCATION AUTHORITY. 3) PROMOTING THE EDUCATION OF PERSONS UNDER THE AGE OF 25 YEARS WHO ARE RESIDENT IN THE SAID ANCIENT PARISH PREFERENCE BEING GIVEN TO GIRLS OR YOUNG WOMEN.
