The charity was established in 2003 to help those people who were struggling to remain local in the West Somerset and Mid-Devon regions. It has grown steadily and now owns 20 properties all tenanted to local people on low incomes in need of accommodation at a reasonable rent. The charity continues to provide financial assistance to local person(s) in extreme financial need.
