(1)THE PROVISION BY WAY OF GRANTS, GIFTS, LOANS OR ANY OTHER METHOD OF DISPOSITION WHATSOEVER OF CASH, CHEQUES, BANKERS DRAFTS OR ANY OTHER FORM OF MONEY; AND (11)THE PROVISION BY ANY MEANS WHATSOEVER OF OTHER BENEFITS, IN EACH CASE TO EMPLOYEES AND FORMER EMPLOYEES OF PORT OF TILBURY LONDON LIMITED AND THEIR DEPENDANTS FOR THE PURPOSE OF THE RELIEF OF HARDSHIP OR POVERTY, WHETHER TEMPORARY OR PERMANENT, AND WHETHER OCCASIONED BY ILLNESS, INCAPACITY, OLD AGE, YOUTH OR ANY OTHER REASON WHATSOEVER.
