TO PROMOTE THE WELFARE OF ELDERLY LONELY PEOPLE IN ANY MANNER WHICH NOW IS OR HEREAFTER MAY BE DEEMED BY LAW TO BE CHARITABLE WITHIN THE PARISHES OF GORING AND FERRING IN THE COUNTY OF SUSSEX AND IN PARTICULAR BY PROVIDING A MEAL WEEKLY.
