IN MAKING PAYMENTS FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE ST MARYLEBONE CHURCH OF ENGLAND SCHOOL (“THE SCHOOL”) TO THE SCHOOL MANAGERS, GOVERNORS OR TRUSTEES FOR THE TIME BEING OF THE SCHOOL FOR SO LONG AS IT CONTINUES TO HAVE A RELIGIOUS DESIGNATION AS A CHURCH OF ENGLAND SCHOOL.
