Charitable objects

3. Objects 3.1 The trustees shall hold up to one third of the Trust Fund upon trust to apply that income, at such time or times and in such matter to, or for the benefit of, the British Red Cross in the Teeside area as they may in their discretion think fit. 3.2 The trustees shall hold up to one third of the Trust Fund upon trust to apply that income, at such time or times and in such matter to, or for the benefit of, the Royal British Legion in the Teeside area as they may in their discretion think fit. 3.3 The trustees shall hold up to one third of the Trust Fund upon trust to apply that income, at such time or times and in such matter to, or for the benefit of, the St John’s Ambulance in the Teeside area as they may in their discretion think fit. 3.4 The Trustees may make contributions, as they may think fit, towards or otherwise to assist (but only out of income), the object or expenses of any charitable trust, institution or body having objects similar to those declared in this Deed”
