(2) TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN THE SUBJECT OF THE BATTLE OF THE ATLANTIC
(3) SUCH OTHER CHARITABLE PURPOSES AS SHALL BE DETERMINED FROM TIME TO TIME
