The Biskra Charitable Trust has been set up to for the public benefit of all persons regardless of age, race, religion or gender with special emphasis on organisations that operate for the benefit of young people. Its grant making policy is determined by the charity?s focus on providing opportunities for self-improvement, learning, skills training and welfare support.
