B) THE ADVANCEMENT OF PUBLIC EDUCATION FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT IN ALL MATTERS WHICH ARE RELATED TO, OR BELIEVED TO BE RELATED TO, LIVING WITH A POSITIVE HIV DIAGNOSIS.
