TO RELIEVE THE CHARITABLE NEEDS OF PEOPLE WHO ARE ELDERLY, INFIRM, OR WHO HAVE A DISABILITY AND WHO ARE RESIDENT IN THE LONDON BOROUGH OF TOWER HAMLETS IN THE VICINITY OF WAPPING AND THE SURROUNDING AREAS, BY THE PROVISION OF A LUNCHEON CLUB AND FACILITIES FOR RECREATION, LEISURE TIME OCCUPATIONS, AND OTHER ACTIVITIES IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE.
