The relief of the elderly residing in the civil parishes of Pilning and Severn Beach, Almondsbury andother parishes with the full agreement of the Committee, through the provision of day care facilities for a maximum of 26 elderly people aged at least 60 years and resident in one of the agreed parishes with the object of improving their conditions of life.
