PROVIDING ACCESS TO SAFE AND SECURE SHORT TERM PRIVATE RENTED ACCOMMODATION; B. PROVIDING A RANGE OF SUPPORT SERVICES DESIGNED TO MEET THEIR NEEDS WITH THE AIM OF EMPOWERING SUCH PEOPLE TO OBTAIN THE SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE NECESSARY TO MANAGE SUCCESSFUL INDEPENDENT LIVING.
