TO HELP AND EDUCATE YOUNG PEOPLE, ESPECIALLY THOSE WHO ARE SUBJECT TO INTERMEDIATE TREATMENT ORDERS, SO TO DEVELOP THEIR PHYSICAL , MENTAL AND SPIRITUAL CAPACITY THE THEY MAY GROW TO FULL MATURITY AS INDIVUDUALS AND MEMBERS OF SOCIETY AND THAT THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE MAY BE IMPROVED.
