Activities - how the charity spends its money
Words For Wellbeing support people living with mental health issues e.g. depression, anxiety, loneliness and isolation. We use the written word - song lyrics, poems, prose - in innovative, creative and interactive ways in groups, helping to improve self- esteem, confidence and resilience. This is called bibliotherapy. We offer training to organisations interested in developing work in this field.
