Bring together people who have skills to offer with charities that require those skills.We do this through "Skills Exchanges" in which charities present their activities and state their needs and people pledge their time to those charities. We maintain a "Bank of Talent" of people with skills and hold general meetings and general discussions in order to attract people to the "Bank of Talent".
