The aim of the Charity is to provide an arts-based facility for Helston, a market town in the Kerrier district of Cornwall. As the only town in rural South Kerrier, the development will meet the needs of the community through a range of outreach services and better delivery of existing activities. The project will develop the historic Grade II Epworth Hall.
