To offer first-rate performances of opera to small venues in towns and communities which have no opera at present, and to give first professional opportunities to recently qualified singers, orchestral musicians, and other professions within opera production, inclusive of training in, and experience of, presenting education projects in schools, as well as special performances for school audiences.
