Activities - how the charity spends its money
BHCFB collects non-perishable food from donors in Burgess Hill and its environs, via both regular and one-off collections, sorts it into categories and by date, and distributes it, from St John's Church Spire Cafe in units of enough food for 2 people for 3 days, to people in poverty. Vouchers come from accredited voluntary and statutory agencies and we exchange them for appropriate units of food.
