- To assist and support owners of missing & stolen pets in the UK. - To promote humane behaviour towards animals and awareness of dog theft in the UK. - Provide care, treatment, security & protection for needy animals by reason of sickness, poor circumstances, ill usage or maltreatment. - To educate the public in matters such as animal welfare & prevention and suffering among animals.
