B) CLERGY WHO ARE IN NEED, HARDSHIP OR DISTRESS; AND
C) THE SPOUSES OF CLERGY WHO ARE IN NEED, HARDSHIP OR DISTRESS;AND
D) NON-STIPENDIARY CLERGY AND THEIR SPOUSES.
WHO ARE RESIDENT IN THE DIOCESE OF WINCHESTER.
2) IN EXCEPTIONAL CASES THE TRUSTEE MAY DECIDE TO ASSIST SOMEONE (WHO IS OTHERWISE QUALIFIED) WHO IS CURRENTLY RESIDENT OUTSIDE THE DIOCESE OF WINCHESTER BUT HAS BEEN RESIDENT IN THAT DIOCESE.
