THE TRUSTEES MAY AT ANY TIME OR TIMES DISTRIBUTE THE WHOLE OR ANY PART OR PARTS OF THE CAPITAL AND/OR INCOME OF THE TRUST FUND BY PAYING THE SAME TO SUCH CHARITIES OR APPLYING THE SAME TO SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES IN SUCH SHARES AND PROPORTIONS AND GENERALLY IN SUCH MANNER IN ALL RESPECTS AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL IN THEIR DISCRETION DECIDE PROVIDED THAT FOR THE AVOIDANCE OF DOUBT THEY SHALL NOT BE ENTITLED TO MAKE ANY DISTBIBUTION TO OR CONFER ANY BNEEFIT ON THE SETTLOR OR SPOUSE
