Charitable objects
THE SUPPORT OF SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSE OR PURPOSES OF THE ROYAL LIVERPOOL PHILHARMONIC SOCIETY AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL WITH THE CONSENT OF THE SOCIETY THINK FIT, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION CONTRIBUTIONS TO THE FOLLOWING:-(I)THE INCOME OF THE SOCIETY FROM TIME TO TIME.(II)THE EXPENSES OF THE SOCIETY OF WHATEVER NATURE INCLUDING EXPENSES OF A CAPITAL AND INCOME NATURE (III)THE RECONSTRUCTION, REPAIR, RENOVATION, REFURBISHMENT OR MAINTENANCE OF THE ROYAL PHILHARMONIC HALL.(IV)THE CONSTRUCTION, REPAIR, RENOVATION, REFURBISHMENT OR MAINTENANCE OF ANY OTHER BUILDING OR BUILDINGS OWNED, OCCUPIED OR CONTROLLED BY THE SOCIETY WHETHER OR NOT SUCH BUILDINGS ARE ALREADY IN EXISTENCE.(V)THE COSTS AND EXPENSES WHETHER OF A CAPITAL OR INCOME NATURE OF ANY APPEAL OR FUND-RAISING ACTIVITIES UNDERTAKEN BY THE SOCIETY.
