Charitable objects
(1) THE OBJECT OF THE TRUST IS THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION. (2) THE TRUSTEES MAY ALLOW THE LAND AND BUILDINGS BELONGING TO THE TRUST DESCRIBED IN PART 2 OF THE SCHEDULE TO THIS SCHEME TO CONTINUE TO BE APPROPRIATED EITHER WHOLLY OR IN PART FOR USE FOR THE PURPOSES OF THE UNIVERSITY OF WESTMINSTER.
