C) TO PROMOTE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC INTO THE ECOLOGY AND CONSERVATION OF THE MOORLAND. D) TO PROMOTE THE FULLEST USE OF THE MOORLANDS BY REPAIRING AND REINSTATING PUBLIC FOOTPATHS AND BRIDLEWAYS AND BY INCREASING PUBLIC AWARENESS OF THE RIGHTS OF WAY AND BYE LAWS RELATING TO COMMON LAND.
