Manylion am y math o ddogfen lywodraethu sydd gan yr elusen a phan y'i sefydlwyd. Nid dyma destun llawn dogfen lywodraethu'r elusen.
CONSTITUTION ADOPTED 18 SEPTEMBER 1990 as amended on 15 Sep 2023
Gwrthrychau elusennol
The constitution adopted 18/09/1990 cannot be located. The trustees wish to adopt the Parentkind model constitution and have been following this in absence of any other constitution since the AGM on 10/09/2022 at which the contitution was adopted.
In accordance with the Parentkind model constitution, the proposed new object is to advance the
education of pupils in the school in particular by:
1. Developing effective relationships between the staff, parents and others associated with the school
2 Engaging in activities or providing facilities or equipment which support the school and advance the education of the pupils.
