I)TO ADVANCE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC WITHIN THE COUNTY THE EDUCATION OF PUPILS AND STUDENTS AT SCHOOLS UNIVERSITIES AND OTHER EDUCATIONAL ESTABLISHMENTS (BY ENSURING THAT THE DUE ATTENTION IS GIVEN TO THE SYSTEMATIC PHYSICAL EDUCATION OF SUCH YOUNG PERSONS AS A MEANS OF DEVELOPING THEIR CHARACTER, MINDS, MENTAL CO-ORDINATION, SELF DISCIPLINE AND PHYSICAL FITNESS SO THAT THEY GROW TO FULL MATURITY AS INDIVIDUALS AND MEMBERS OF SOCIETY) THROUGH THE ORGANISATION OR PROVISION (OR ASSISTANCE IN THE ORGANISATION OR PROVISION) OF FACILITIES WHICH WILL ENCOURAGE AND ENABLE SUCH YOUNG PERSONS TO PLAY CRICKET OR OTHER GAMES OR SPORTS.
