Charitable objects
(1) IN PAYMENT OF THE SUM OF £301 FOR THE RELIEF OF PERSONS RESIDENT IN HEMSWELL AND ITS SURROUNDING AREA WHO ARE IN CONDITIONS OF NEED, HARDSHIP OR DISTRESS EITHER IN GIFTS OF KIND OR GRANTS OF MONEY (2) THE TRUSTEES SHALL APPLY THE REMAINDER OF THE SAID INCOME IN EITHER OR BOTH OF THE FOLLOWING WAYS: (I) IN PROVIDING FOR DE ASTON SCHOOL ACADEMY TRUST SUCH SPECIAL BENEFITS OF A KIND NOT NORMALLY PROVIDED FOR BY THE GRANTS RECEIVED BY DE ASTON SCHOOL ACADEMY TRUST UNDER A FUNDING AGREEMENT ENTERED INTO BETWEEN THE SECRETARY OF STATE FOR EDUCATION AND DE ASTON SCHOOL ACADEMY TRUST. (II) IN OTHERWISE PROMOTING THE EDUCATION (INCLUDING SOCIAL AND PHYSICAL TRAINING) OF PERSONS UNDER THE AGE OF 25 YEARS WHO ARE ATTENDING OR WHO HAVE ATTENDED THE SCHOOL AND WHO ARE IN NEED OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE.
