FOR THE PURPOSES OF A RECREATION GROUND OR PARK FOR THE USE OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE PARISH OF AYOT ST LAWRENCE IN HERTFORDSHIRE WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF POLITICAL, RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS INCLUDING THE ERECTION OF A VILLAGE HALL FOR MEETINGS, LECTURES AND CLASSES AND FOR OTHER FORMS OF LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE SAID INHABITANTS.
