DECLARATION OF TRUST DATED 20 FEBRUARY 1994

Charitable objects

THE TRUSTEES SHALL HOLD THE TRUST FUND TO APPLY THEM FOR THE FOLLOWING OBJECTS IN SIERRA LEONE, WEST AFRICA. (1) TO RELIEVE ORPHANED OR DISABLED CHILDREN WHO ARE SUFFERING AS A CONSEQUENCE OF THE WAR, PARTICULARLY BY THE ESTABLISHMENT AND MAINTENANCE OF A CHILDRENS HOME. (2) TO EDUCATE AND TRAIN OLDER CHILDREN, WITH A VIEW TO TEACHING THEM SUITABLE LIFE SKILLS WHICH WILL HELP THEM TO BECOME SELF-SUPPORTING AND BETTER ENABLE THEM TO COPE WITH THE BUSINESS OF LIFE
