Charitable objects
1)TO PROMOTE THE BENEFIT OF THE LONDON BOROUGH OF BRENT AND IN PARTICULAR THE MEMBERS OF THE AFRI-CARRIBEAN COMMUNITY BY THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION THE FURTHERANCE OF HEALTH AND THE RELIEF OF POVERTY SICKNESS AND DISTRESS 2) TO RELIEVE DISTRESS OF POVERTY THROUGH COUNSELLING AND ASSISTANCE ESPECIALLY TO THE ELDERLY AND HANDICAP MEMBERS OF AFRI-CARRIBEAN COMMUNITY WHO THROUGH NEGLECT OR HANDICAP ARE IN NEED AND UNABLE TO PROVIDE FPOR THEMSELVES IN PARTICULAR TO SET UP SCHEMES WHEREBY THEIR DAY TO DAY NEEDS AND WELL BEING WILL BE ADEQUATELY ENHANCED 3)TO PROMOTE GOOD RACE RELATIONS BY ENDEAVERING TO ELIMINATE DISCRIMINATION ON THE GROUNDS OF RACE AND ENCOURAGING EQUALITY OF OPPORTUNITY BETWEEN PERSONS OF DIFFERENT RACIAL GROUPS RESIDING IN THE BOROUGH 4)TO PROVIDE RECREATIONAL FACILITIES TO THE INHABITANTS OF THE LONDON BOROUGH OF BRENT IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE 5)PRESERVING AND SAFEGUARDING THE WELFARE OF ELDERLY AFRI-CARRIBEAN PEOPLE IN NEED OF HELP OR SHELTER
