TO APPLY THE INCOME AND ALL OR PART OR PARTS OF THE CAPITAL FOR OR TOWARDS THE ERECTION PRESERVATION PROTECTION AND IMPROVEMENT AND MAINTENANCE AND RUNNING FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT OF A CHAPEL AS A MEMORIAL CHAPEL DEDICATED TO THE MEMORY OF THOSE MEMBERS OF THE SERVICES, THE MERCHANT NAVY, CO-OPTED CIVILANS AND THE ROYAL FLEET AUXILIARY WHO DIED OR OTHERWISE TOOK PART IN THE FALKLANDS WAR OF 1982.
