TO ADVANCE EDUCATION,TRAINING AND THE DEVELOPMENT OF PSYCHOTHERAPY WHICH IS PSYCHOANALYTIC IN PRINCIPLE AND PRACTICE,CONCENTRATING PARTICULARLY ON SERVICES PROVIDED BY PUBLIC ORGANISATIONS SUCH AS HEALTH AND SOCIAL SERVICES AND OTHER THIRD PARTY AND INSURANCE FUNDED HEALTH SERVICES. TO PROMOTE FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT THE RELIEF OF MENTAL ILLNESS OR DISORDER BY DEVELOPING PSYCHOANALYTIC PSYCHOTHERAPY IN EUROPE IN PARTICULAR THROUGH THE DEVELOPMENT OF AN EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE STRUCTURE FOR PSYCHONALYTIC PSYCHOTHERAPY IN THE PUBLIC SECTOR,REGARDLESS OF RACE,RELIGION,GENDER OR SOCIO-ECONOMIC STATUS. TO PROMOTE RESEARCH IN PSYCHOANALYTIC PSYCHOTHERAPY.
