TO PROMOTE FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT THE RELIEF OF MENTAL ILLNESS OR DISORDER BY DEVELOPING PSYCHOANALYTIC PSYCHOTHERAPY IN EUROPE IN PARTICULAR THROUGH THE DEVELOPMENT OF AN EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE STRUCTURE FOR PSYCHONALYTIC PSYCHOTHERAPY IN THE PUBLIC SECTOR,REGARDLESS OF RACE,RELIGION,GENDER OR SOCIO-ECONOMIC STATUS.
