A.TO PROMOTE THE EDUCATION OF YOUNG PEOPLE PARTICULARLY THROUGH THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR THEIR RECREATION AND LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION, TO DEVELOP THEIR PHYSICAL,MENTAL AND SPIRITUAL CAPACITIES SO THAT THEY MAY GROW TO FULL MATURITY AS INDIVIDUALS AND MEMBERS OF SOCIETY. B.TO RELIEVE THE NEEDS OF AND PROMOTE THE MORAL AND PHYSICAL WELFARE OF YOUNG PEOPLE. C.TO PROMOTE GOOD RACE RELATIONS IN AN ENDEAVOUR TO ELIMINATE DISCRIMINATION ON GROUNDS OF RACE AND TO ENCOURAGE EQUALITY OF OPPORTUNITY BETWEEN PERSONS OF DIFFERENT RACIAL GROUPS.
