(A)TO RELIEVE POVERTY AND SICKNESS IN INDIA AND ELSEWHERE PARTICULARLY BY PROVIDING FUNDS, SUPPORT AND ASSISTANCE TO GURU AMARDASS HOSPITAL AND INSTITUTE OF MEDICAL SCIENCES LUDHIANA, AND ANY OTHER CHARITABLE HOSPITALS OR INSTITUTIONS AS MAY FROM TIME TO TIME BE THOUGHT FIT. (B)TO ADVANCE EDUCATION IN INDIA AND THE U.K. PARTICULARLY BY THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A SCHOOL IN INDIA AND PROVISION OF CLASSES IN THE U.K. (C) TO RELIEVE PERSONS WHO ARE IN CONDITIONS OF NEED, HARDSHIP OR DISTRESS AS A RESULT OF THEIR SOCIAL, DOMESTIC OR ECONOMIC CIRCUMSTANCES. (D) TO ADVANCE THE SIKH RELIGION FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT.
