(2) TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF DEAF, DEAF-BLIND, DEAFENED AND HARD OF HEARING PERSONS AND ADVANCE PUBLIC EDUCATION IN MATTERS CONNECTED WITH HEARING AND SIGHT IMPAIRMENT.
