TO PROMOTE THE RELIEF OF SICKNESS AND THE PRESERVATION AND PROTECTION OF HEALTH AMONG PERSONS RESIDING PERMANENTLY OR TEMPORARILY IN THE AREA COVERED BY THE WARWICK PRACTICE MEDICAL CENTRES AT ILFRACOMBE AND WOOLACOMBE, BY FOSTERING THE HIGHEST STANDARD OF PRIMARY CARE THROUGH THE MEDIUM OF PATIENT PARTICIPATION.
