1) TO PROMOTE AGRICULTURE FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT AND TO SUCH END GENERALLY TO IMPROVE IT IN ALL ITS BRANCHES AND TO ENCOURAGE SKILL AND INDUSTRY IN ALL ITS TRADES,CRAFTS AND PROFESSIONS CONNECTED WITH IT. 2) TO HOLD IN PURSUANCE OF ITS MAIN OBJECT AN ANNUAL AGRICULTURAL SHOW. 3) TO APPLY THE INCOME FOR CHARITABLE PURPOSES OR SUCH CHARITABLE ORGANISATIONS OR INSTITUTIONS TO BE DETERMINED BY THE COMMITTEE.
