TO PROVIDE AND MAINTAIN A VILLAGE HALL FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF WESTON, NEAR SPALDING, IN THE COUNTY OF LINCOLNSHIRE WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE OF THE SAID INHABITANTS.
