"THE TRUSTEES SHALL HOLD THE TRUST FUND AND ITS INCOME UPON TRUST TO APPLY THEM FOR THE PROTECTION OF CHILDREN BY THE PROVISION OF A TELEPHONE HELP LINE FOR CHILDREN IN DANGER OF MENTAL, PHYSICAL OR SEXUAL ABUSE; AND TO RELIEVE CHILDREN SUFFERING FROM SEVERE OR PROLONGED SHOCK OR DEPRESSION, ARISING FROM PHYSICAL, MENTAL OR SEXUAL ABUSE, BY THE PROVISION OF A COUNSELLING SERVICE"
